prepare we use bite-size boneless chicken pieces marinated in spices
and flavoured with yoghurt, ketchup(if you like you can use it, this is
optional) and coriander powder. Make the chicken 65, you can soak

Chicken 65 Ingredients
- 450 gm chicken
- 3 tablespoon coriander powder
- 4 tablespoon yoghurt (curd)
- 4 green chilli
- 2 tablespoon refined oil
- 1 pinch red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 6 curry leaves
- 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
For garnishing
- 1 stalk chopped spring onion

Step 1:
For
the marination, take a bowl and mix all Ingredients spices like chilli
powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, curd and salt together. This
step is very essential and important if you love good and real taste
flavour.
Step 2:
Now,
wash this chicken in cold running water or simple tab water then chop
it. Once it is done, add the chicken pieces in the above mixture and
marinate them. Once these chicken pieces are well coated, then its time
to keep them aside for 4-6 hours so that flavours are well absorbed.
Step 3:
Now,
take oil in a pan and heat oil in it on medium heat. Once the oil is
hot, carefully pour the marinated chicken pieces into the oil and Roast
it till the chicken is cooked nicely from both sides or turns golden.
Step 4:
Now
that take out the pieces and put it in another pan and cook it in low
flame without oil. This step will make the chicken more crispy. Once
done, add green chillies, curry leaves and ketchup to it and mix it
well. Cook it on medium heat for 5-6 minutes continuously. Then take
that dish in a plate and garnish it with chopped spring onions

Chicken 65 is ready. Serve this snack with roti and chappatis.
